Born in the United States and raised in Haiti, Kevin Marius returned to the United States at 17 during a season of political unrest. He slept on cardboard in a basement, learned English, and began working humble jobs, including as a McDonald's janitor and supermarket cashier. After losing his father in the 2010 Haiti earthquake and navigating years of adversity, Kevin rose through the ranks of a Fortune 15 organization and became a leader, author, speaker, and coach.

What tried to break him became the message he now uses to build others.
