The Room That Stayed Quiet
Your demo guide. Edit any section, copy it, or run it in the teleprompter.

Opening Hook
Start in the room, not in the résumé. "There's a specific kind of quiet that happens when a team stops believing the plan. I've stood in it." Hold the pause. Let them recognise it before you explain it.
02 · 5 min
Authority Story
The quarter you almost walked. Tell it in three beats: what you promised, what broke, and the Tuesday you decided to stay. Do not resolve it yet, because resolution too early costs you the room.
03 · 3 min
Big Idea
"People don't follow certainty. They follow someone who stayed." Say it once. Say it slowly. Then say what it does not mean: staying is not stubbornness.
04 · 12 min
Three-Part Framework
Name the room. Choose the cost. Stay on purpose. Give each part one example from your own work and one prompt the audience can answer in their head.
05 · 8 min
Stories
Two supporting stories: the operator who renamed her real problem in one sentence, and the founder who set down a product line to keep a team. Short, specific, no heroes.
06 · 4 min
Audience Questions
"What room are you pretending you're not in?" Let them write. Ten seconds of silence feels long on stage and short in the seats.
07 · 4 min
Whiteboard Moment
Draw the three-part framework as a descending line that turns upward at 'choose the cost'. Draw it live, imperfectly. The imperfection is the credibility.
08 · 3 min
Closing
Return to the quiet room from the hook and finish the sentence you left open. End on the message, not on thanks.
09 · 2 min
Call to Action
One ask: choose the room you're in this week and tell one person the truth about it.

Optional Offer Bridge
If the event allows: "If your leadership team needs this in a working session, that's the workshop version, come find me."
